Colombo Powder - Tonton Clement 100g

Ingredients: Coriander, rice, turmeric, cumin, mustard, fenugreek, pepper, clove
Allergen: Mustard
Recipe (for 100 g of powder):
Ingredient:
- 2 kg of meats
- garlic
- salt
- oil
- lemon
- 2 tsp of seed to russet
- 2 onions
Preparation:
Season the meat beforehand by adding half of the preparation to it, fry the seeds to russet then the chopped ingredients followed by the meat. Delay the remaining powder in water and pour until covering the meat, simmer. Add lemon or tamarind juice at the end of cooking. Serve hot with white rice.
